The integration is here, it's happening, and some are fighting tooth and nail to keep women out of combat arms.
Who are theses people and why are they against integration?
My goal is to draw communication or lack of communication strategies out of their reasoning.
I will have a male, interview guys in the field artillery or infantry so their opinions remain organic and honest. I think they would hold back or alter it if I were interviewing them.
Episode two:
Discuss how females in combat are proving or have proved useful. Women have filled combat roles for a long time, it's just on paper for the first time.
I have female veteran connections throughout the country who I plan on reaching out to.
I will also seek men who have worked with women in combat with positive and effective experiences.
Again, make the arch of communication strategies to combat situations where it concerns both sexes.
Episode three:
All about statistics. This would include less interviewing, more studies. Psychological, physical, etc. I plan on developing this idea more.
-How do men react to integrated teams?
-What types of women are performing?
-How are women performing?
-What types of attributes, other than braun, are women contributing to combat situations?
Episode four:
Proving the opinions right and wrong. This episode will be a combination of 1&3. My point here is to educate, and let people know where the opinions they form start.
Episode five:
The future. What we can do to create the best possible integrated soldiers in and out of combat arms. The goal: to create feminism within the military.
Throughout:
As for sound effects and music, I want to keep the military theme. Booms, horns, patriotic songs, cadences.
